We do offer custom orders to the best of our ability depending on stone and material availability. Please email us if you would like to place a custom order, with the desired model of product and the stone and color you would like. We can work together to create your special piece!
How do I care for my jewelry?
Your item was made with love so please show it some love by taking good care of it!
- Wash Resin with soap and water, dry immediately.
- Use soft cloth to avoid scratches
- In order to clean silver wire or silver components, use a silver polishing cloth. (Can also be used in Brass Charms)
- Pieces are delicate, handle with care!
- Remove when active or sleeping
How quickly do you ship?
We aim to ship our orders as soon as possible, however you can generally expect your order to be shipped within 2 to 4 business days, with the exception of product launch days or sales. During launches please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
What do I do if my tracking hasn’t updated?
According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package. International orders must wait 90 days before we are able to file a claim. It is common for packages to stop tracking while your item is processing through your country’s customs. Please email us if you have not seen any movement on the order within this time frame so we can find a solution.
What if my package says it was delivered but I never received it?
Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.
Are there customs charges for international orders?
International orders are subject to customs fees. USPS does not provide us with information on which countries charge customs or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country.
